OMG Dots talked to us! I may be Canadian now.

The guest on Domoto Kyoudai was Takanori Nishikawa (a.k.a. TM Revolution). He is from Shiga, and is 36. He doesn't look it!!

Dots was wearing a patterned button-down shirt, with a matching vest, and a hat that was patterned but the pattern looked different with dark pants and white sneakers. Koichi had on a black jacket over a grey shirt with dark pants and white sneakers. Nishikawa was wearing a black jacket, with a white button down shirt, dark pants and awesome black boots.

Domoto Kyoudai tonight was awesome. The guest was Ayu, and both Dots and Koichi were really talkative and high tension. It was quite funny as they made fun of each other and Ayu. They even did the drawing section again. I love that Dots would call her Zaki-san. She sang Step You which is one of my favorite of her newer songs!

I can't remember the name of the guest on Domoto Kyoudai but she was on SukaJ once (at least seem to remember her being on it and fangirling about manga with Yoko).

She talked a lot about manga and cosplay. She admitted that her first true love was She got Takami to dress up as Sephiroth, and Koichi dressed as Kurama from Yuu Yuu Hakusho. She made Takami do some of the attacks, and then even got Koichi to do some.

For the interview part Dots kept playing with his pants and shaking his leg. He laughed a lot during the cosplay part though, not that anyone could not.

All of the songs on the Best Hit Takami were from anime series.

I missed the very beginning of FNS. But here are some random comments:

• Arashi had some FUGLY costumes. Ugh.


• Dots looked happier and more active than I have seen him recently. He kept bugging the Tarako kids and their giant doll thing while Koichi did all the talking. Koichi kept telling him to listen and finally got Tsuyoshi-sempai to scold Dots. But Dots was so cute and playful.


• The Harmony of December performance was my favorite thus far. It was really good - maybe because Dots seemed to be in a better mood/not sick/whatever.


• Okada tried to pull Inocchi's jacket off him during their performance more than once.


• TOKIO started Sorafune all soft with Taichi on a grand piano. Then, they broke it down into a faster more-rock version, with Taichi still on the grand piano.

So today I was able to listen to previews of both the new KinKi single and the new K8 single. They both have a distinct Chinese feel to them. However, the KinKi song, Harmony of December, is a ballad. The K8 song, KanFuu Fighting, is not. I like both songs, and of course am going to get suckered in to buying the singles. Of course - which versions to buy I don't know. It makes me mad that the K8 single has 8 versions - I want to protest it, but I want to support them.

Also - KinKi's I album will be out in December. Thank god I have extra money saved because this is going to be an expensive end of the year. Singles, CDs, hotels and concerts!!

Anyway, K8 performed their new song on NHK's Osaka Medley tonight. It was adorable! The dance looked fun (but not easy). Yoko seemed to really enjoy the whole thing and got into it. All of them had great hair. Hina's perm is gone. Ryo's hair looked nice. Ohkura put streaks in his. And Yoko's - awww.

The end was really cute. K8 was acting crazy as usual - especially Subaru. He didn't have his glove on, so you could see the tattoo. For a while they were all dancing - except for Yoko. Occasionally Ryo would stop, but he did dance some. When the camera cut in close, Yoko tried to put on his best regal face, while Subaru just acted like himself.

Is it the last week of December yet?!?!

I may have declared that Yoko is my number one, but that doesn't mean that I don't still love Dots.

Tonight's guest was GYM.

I will be gone for the next week. When I get back I'll try to make a coherent report about the K8 stage play.

I just want to say two things:
1. Dots was awesome. Oh my god it was awesome. When I am more coherent I will make a post about it. Hopefully that will be before I leave for Korea and SMAP.
2. Yoko cut his hair. Or well, shaved part of it. It looks like crap. It better look nice in person.

• This week was a Shindoi walker in Yokohama! I will be in Yokohama on Saturday for his concert! Hooray!


• They went to the zoo. It didn't look like a bad zoo actually. The lion was older and sleepy, but some of the other animals looked fun.


• The minitarue golf segment was funny. Tsuyoshi looked cute with the rabbit ears, then he put on the bunny nose and it just looked weird. I had mini golf though because I suck at it.


• They then went to the place where Tsuyoshi's con will be. He showed her around there. He has that statue of himself from the Edwin Jeans plans inside the dressing room! They went to the stage - I wish I knew where I was going to sit based on that layout! But it is really small - it will be great.


• He did a special live for the guest. *dies* That's all I will say about that.

Next week looks like Bowling with King Kong and someone else. I like King Kong.

I'm sad I will miss Music Station and stuff on Friday, but I know I can download it easily.

I am still laughing about the little kid from Friday. Here is what happened: One of my 3 year olds did the cutest things. He is cute and tiny anyway but today he was too much. He spent most of the time that I was there crouched on the ground like a crab. He even had his hands in the air and acted like they were claws. He walked sideways and sometimes hid in his cubby. He kept saying kani (the Japanese word for crab) over and over while he did it. It was one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

Today is my 2 month anniversary of being in Japan. How time flies.

Anyway - SukaJ this week wasn't that great, but it wasn't bad. Some comedian was on, and so he told some stories about some other famous people. At the beginning, the girl who works in the shop was really cute.

Shindoi was a little better. I liked last week's Shindoi more (the romantic Tokyo date). In this episode Tsuyoshi and that model Chi-chan went on a night date. I love how he acts with her because he can be so mean and plain funny. They went to that cold bar that Ryo and Hina went to on SukaJ. They played games in a park - and Tsuyoshi picked on her some more. His character for the studio talk was Johnny - which was pretty funny (especially when they walked by a flower shop). Chi-chan looked like a clown on stilts in her overalls - I don't know why but her legs looked weird. Apparently Tsuyoshi likes "American Dogs" (corn dogs) and it was funny to see him drinking something from a brown paper bag - it made it seem like he was drinking beer or something on the street.

Dots looked amazing. He wore shiny purple pants, and this multi-colored flowery shirt (unbuttoned at the top), but he managed to pull it off. Not to mention his little Enlicheri pillow that he was carrying around, the sunglasses, and bright green shoes. He just looked awesome overall, and kinda tan too. He was on Mini-station with Kimura Kaela - at one time there were rumors they were dating. Even better was the short marriage talk - she wants to get married and he said she couldn't (or something like that - I was in shock over his awesome fashion).

Anyway - his performance was awesome. It's not my favorite song, but he is a great performer and I can't get enough of his voice. He has nice hips, too. I can't wait to see him in concert at the end of the month.

It was a good episode as well, what with Mr. Children and Porno Graffiti as well. Tsuyoshi was pretty calm for most of the show. Well, except during his talk with Porno Graffiti - he got kinda excited there.

In other news I want these stupid flying bugs to get out of my house. They are pissing me off. But my boss showed up with some free cakes so for now its all good. Then, later he called me to tell me that K8 would be on TV for some festival (Natsumatsuri Nippon no Uta). Wow - my boss loves me. Of course he didn't call early enough and I missed them. So I wacthed the rest of the show (about an hour and 15 minutes) for nothing. Enka is boring. Boring boring boring.

I stayed up to watch Shindoi tonight. The guest was You-san, which is great because I really like her. But how many times has she been on Shindoi? LOL she talked about K8. They made fun of Yoko for being white, and she mentioned Nakai in relation to Hina and/or Yoko. This was obviously after she filmed her part on SukaJ, but I don't know if it was before or after K8 was on DK.

Tsuyoshi was wearing a white Enderli shirt, with these funky red pants that were huge - like PJ pants or some kind of Kung Fu pants. He had his hair done up with a scarf in the front - it was actually pretty neat looking. His socks were colored - gren I think. During the studio part he had on a really bright pink flowery shirt and some funky pants.

The format is new - its called Shindoi Walker. They walk around some area and do things - eating or seeing stuff.

The giant hamburger was kinda scary. But it was cute to see Tsuyoshi waving at people as he walked by them. And they went to buy Dragon Ball stuff - that was great. And the comedy club was kinda funny too.

How long have I been wanting to see this? About as long as I liked K8, which isn't as long as some people. OK, I'll stop rambling.

Highlights:

• Damnit - what did Dots say about Yoko before the thing started??? And I missed part because I hadn't moved my computer yet. *whine whine*


• Dots' shirt was pink and flowery. K8 was wearing name tags. Yoko had on a black sparkly long-sleeved shirt, black pants, and a white T-shirt. Subaru had on green pants, a red vest, white shirt.


• They make fun of them at the beginning, and then Koichi called them noisy when they were saying hello and talking about their ages.


• Dots and Yoko were sitting by each other. It was a plot. Anyway, Dots tried to hog the camera, and Yoko was adorable at that part.


• They talked about English for some random reason. I think because of Ryo's obsession with speaking it.


• In their self-intro segment, Yoko gets over excited and yells and gets picked on.


• Who is your idol: Subs: "KinKi Kids." (said with a straight face). Yasu: "Tsuyoshi." Hina: "Koichi....de?" Ohkura: "Smap san"


• What do you like about yourself? Ohkura: "fingers." Yasu: "shoulder width" Ryo: "nose"


• Yoko couldn't come up with an answer for one question so he started to play with his pants. They teased him about it. Later he talked about food.


• What part of a girl makes their heart beat faster. Subs: "fingers/nice hands." Yasu likes these hair clips and watching girls put their hair up with them. Yoko said something about ordering beer or whatever - and got mad when people didn't laugh and then teased him. Ryo likes it when a girl bends down from her knees to pick something up. Hina acted it out. Ohkura likes it when the girl leans over and her bra or shirt strap falls down her arm. Maru: likes this weird pose with her legs spread.


• During this story about Hina's memory of Koichi, Yoko interrupted him, so Hina and Yoko had a little fight. Yoko's story about Tsuyoshi had something to do with underwear and pants. Yoko made a cute bouncy noise (he also bounced earlier in the episode and I don't know why)


• At the end they had to make a cool pose. They tried to do the arm thing that they did for that one episode of SC. Except Yasu fell. And Maru was making a funny face.


• They showed some pictures. First was from Yoko's birthday party - Yoko looked like he had icing or powder all over him and Maru had his shirt unbuttoned. He had this giant white thing, an "oppai pillow" in his hands. They showed that one picture from Myojo where they were all topless surrounded by flowers - and they made fun of Yoko some more. Then they showed some nice pics of Yoko. And an old one of Ryo, Yasu and Maru.


• They talked about how long they have been in JE and yet again Dots picked on Yoko.


• K8 performed Obachan Rock. They only danced at the chorus.

Wow - that was random. And I didn't even put in all the randomness that poor Moo got.

K8 is having a nation wide tour this summer.
My friend hit Domoto Tsuyoshi tickets for the last Saturday in July.
I am going to see K8 tomorrow.
