Pictures of Christmas and food
I've been meaning to post these for a while.

Here are a bunch of things I got over Christmas.







These shirts I bought for myself. The pudding one I bought in early December. I almost bought the tensai one at the same time, but decided I only needed one. Needless to say the next week when I watched the neoki dokkiri I was like "I ALMOST BOUGHT THAT SHIRT!" and then went and bought the shirt. haha What? I can do that if I want. I still can't believe I almost bought it before it was all on TV and stuff.







This mirror was given to me and made (in part) by my twin. The front part says RS and has an eight/infinity/whatever. Anyway, she didn't do the back side so I did that on my own. The jewels are silver/clear and blackish. I don't know why she used yellow on the front, but I used gold on the back because that was the only other color the store had in that size. The back side (the one I made) says BEX YOU.






There is a bit of a story about me and a lighter. Essentially - it involves me threatening to burn down a building if they didn't have the goods I wanted. And everyone knows how much I love shiny things. So - I got the perfect lighter. Not only is it all shiny - it LIGHTS UP when you use it.







I decided to try and cook this weekend. I made mac 'n cheese for the first time on the stove only (the cheese wasn't right but it was OK) and tonight I made cheese risotto.

I did yellow because A) You're in love with Ryo, B) Ryo's in love with you, and C) I thought it would stand out... but it didn't really, haha oh well! Those shiny M&M and shoe shirts are pretty cool looking!!

B. Well - I can't argue there.
C. You tried! The gold didn't stand out much either. I am not sure that any color would have stood out too much because it has both light and dark in it. Oh well, its shiny - what do I care?!?!

The shoe shirt was from Mindy. I wore the M&M one to the aquarium/News.

It's always funny when I go places and see jewelry that is either YR or KR together. Yoko/You & Rebecca or Kimi & Rebecca.

Granted the scariest was going somewhere and they had letter rings. The rings were arranged to spell my friend's name. And she doesn't have a common name - in Japan OR the US. ....... That was totally unrelated. haha

I wore that shirt at the Yoko solo con! haha It's so shiny and sparkly and just yay!

It's more a joke than anything else, but I guess I could like fire a little so yeah.... haha

I don't think I emphasized enough all of the work I do at my current job now that I think about it. Maybe these two companies will E-mail me back and ask for more info.

AND CRAP! I just noticed a typo in my resume. ooops


Anyway the jobs are: one in Hyogo and one in Shiga.
The one in Shiga says: "Teach English to children, ages 3-12, with an emphasis on having fun with English rather than rote memorization and book-learning. Native speakers team-teach with Japanese teachers, and will be responsible for leading activities, preparing lesson materials, creating games for new material, and having a fun and positive demeanor. Some lessons for adults, but the majority of the work week will be focused on children's lessons and occasional English day care,"

The one in Hyogo says: "Teach children from 3 years old, adults, and corporate classes. Eight weeks holidays/year, completion bonus, travel allowance and student sign-up bonus."

It isn't heavy at all. The way to put lighter fluid inside is kinda weird, but otherwise it is perfect!

Those straws are EXTRA bendy. Yay!!!!

I wish those were my nails, but sadly, those pics are from the place where Mindy got the lighter. It didn't arrive until after Christmas so she gave me those pics printed off as my present.

Honestly. I was thinking to get you that book too. Like seriously, so that's why I was like "OH THANK GOD, I did not pick that for her!"
